Mend Vauxhall Tigra CC Window Rear

How can I fix the window seal on my Vauxhall Tigra CC?

Between the rear roof seal which spans from the bottom of the door window, goes up, across the roof and down again to the bottom of window and the junction which goes from rear to front of the window on the drivers side, I have a leak at this joint. The water is running down the inside of the glass. Any ideas?
