Just changed my heater blower motor as i could easily get a replacement from my local scrappy.
To get the blower motor out, you remove the glove box and the panel behind it.
Lay down on your back and look up at the bottom of the motor. You will be able to see the main cable going into the motor. Disconnect this.
You should be able to see 3 star shaped bolts in the motor blower housing as you are looking up at it whilst lying on your back. Remove these and the blower motor falls away from the housing. One of them is in an awkward location so i had to remove a bracket holding the fuse panel in place in order to get at the bolt.
When these bolts are removed you just have to wiggle things about to completely get the motor out.
I also had to remove another bolt on the left hand side as you look into the glove box area. This is connected to a bracket and other gubbins but with it removed it makes getting the blower motor out easier. You will see what i mean when you start taking it out.
When the blower motor is completely out you can get to the bushes by removing a few star shaped bolts on the motor blower. You will need a soldering iron to remove the old ones and to fit the new ones. Job done
