Zafira Fault?

My 56 plate zafira has a problem when i thurn the engine off the radio stays on and then when i remove the key and go to get out it bleeps like i have left the key in. Much worse of all it wont lock using the key fob and onlylocks the drivers door when manually locking it. I have removed the battery to reset it no joy i have removed the iginition barrel and wd40'd it to death but still no joy and help greatly appreciated.....
