hotpoint reversomatic 9320?

I suspect the bearings have failed, as when switched on, the drum rotates about half an inch then stops, and is very hard to turn by hand. heating element works, management computer works.
If it is the bearing/s, can the be replaced or is it a replacement drive motor?
