Mend Black Plug Model

how can i fix the screen that is broken and is black?

my webslider has gone dead
you can plug it into the computer and it says something is there but the screen is black
it has gone dead
do you know how to fix it
thanks
i dont know the make model or anything my friend gave it to me and told me to fix it :)
