Mend Gardenline BG-PH2250 Fuel Throttle Choke

Adjust fuel for Gardenline hedge trimmer?

Cannot get full throttle, unless choke is left on, when you disengengage choke, it stalls.
What can be done to make trimmer run normally?

check for air leaks around carb. i.e nothing lose especially carb mounting. if ok check for fuel blockage in fuel system incl carb. dont adjust carb screws untill engine hot for best results. clean spark plug. good luck
