indesit dishwater dif 04 uk?

having problems with my dishwasher,all power working,cycle doing its best but doesnt seem to be enough water going around in there. Dishes not fully cleaned and some water lying at the bottom , someone said it might be the circulation pump or cap dont know what these are ,is ti their right names or is it something else.
