how can I fix my Andi front load washing machine?

my Andi front load washer has very low water level when washing on all settings ..so low I can open door(after 2 mins) while wash is in progress! when I add 2 full 8 ltr buckets of water manually (via soap dispenser)water still only comes to 1/3 up door! the rinse cycle fills to halfway up door.When new-wash cycle filled to 1/3 up door but this low level is getting too annoying for 12 mths now.
