How can I fix the saw chain not being properly lubed Stihl ms210?

hi there, remove the bar and chain and start the saw with these of, and give her a few blips of the throttle, and see if the oil is being pumped out the saw, if oil is getting to this point, then check the oil channel in the guide bar, and make sure this is clear of old oil and saw dust.
