Mend JCB 3CX 4x4 Transmission No Drive Engine

my jcb 3cx has a transimission problem?

my jcb 3cx 4x4, it moves a short distance and stops while engine runs, no drive. i need to switch off the engine for about 5 minutes, then start it. it will move few metres and drive goes. when i try to drain transimission oil, it comes out slowly with no force. what could be the problem?
