Citreon C3 break light issue?

hi all,. my mum's driver side breaklight has stopped working,. i've changed bulb and yet it still not working,. i'v checked manual and from wat i can see it dont state where to find the lights fuses,. could any1 tell me where to locate them fuses so we dont need pay out for something i could do myself
