Mend Tefal BR308 Instant Water Work

How can I fix my Tefal Quick Cup Deluxe?

I have an unused Tefal Quick Cup Deluxe instant hot water machine and I cannot get it to work. Have lost the instruction manual but have looked on You Tube to see how to use it. However there is no life in it at all. I have changed the fuse and still nothing happens. Help please! The model is BR308
