Mend Paragon Plus Alarm House Light

paragon plus may need a new batterie?

Paragon plus alarm, I am moving house and my alarm
has not been used for a long time. the supply light
is on,the day light is on, the strobe light is working,I
dare not try it as I am a pensioner and worry it may go
off and don't know what to do. What will a new battery cost.

if i where you,i would just leave it alone,unless your taking it with you,the battery lasts mabe 4or5 years,
if its faulty,the alarm will only go off if there is a power cut,let some one else worry bout it mate,
