Mend Hotpoint Leaking Tumble Dryer Filters

condener not colleting the water?

i have a hot point condenser tumber dyer i have cleaned the fillters out and and it nice and tidy but the condener is not colletting the water it is leeking out on to the floor the condenser is not getting any water in there at all

the water is condensing but is not being pumped up to the holding tank so its either the pump thats faulty or its blocked up
