Mend Durabrand PH-5560(HAC/VC) Model Stopped Connected

How can I fix my Durabrand Model PH-5560(HAC/VC) Phone?

My phone suddenly stopped working. I connected a working phone to the jack and it worked. I also changed all the cords to the handset and the phone and it is still not working. Please advise how I can fix it. The batteries are all fully charged.
