Mend Hotpoint WD71 Change Valve Solenoid

how to change cold valve solenoid on a hotpoint wd71?

My Hotpoint ultima 1200 washer dryer model number WD71 is steaming rather than drying my clothes, i have been led to believe that the cold valve solenoid needs changing, so the condensing system works, does anyone know how to go about this?
