Mend Pug Trekker 50cc

My pug trekker 50cc runs but it loses power like it's flooding?

My trekker offroad has a problem when I put oil in it. It runs fine for a couple of miles then it loses power like it's flooding.

Ok Change plug striaght away and check spark is nice and blue.

I would check compression as well.
