What Transmission oil does my isuzu bighorn take?

Help my Isuzu Bighorn manual is written in Japanese. I don't know what type of transmission fluid I need. I have a 1996 Isuzu Bighorn, 3.1, Turbo, diesel, Automatic. The "check trans" light is flashing, I found the dipstick and it's definately low. How and where do I fill it up, how much fluid do I need to put in. The colour of the fluid is brown (I know it should be red). I have purchased Castrol Automatic TQ-DIII, Automatic transmission fluid, but I don't know if it is suitable.

you have either a twin sump 4L30E transmission or a 340 series. Both should be OK with Dexron 111
