Mend Sabre 29 HE Light Boiler Flashes

sabre 29 he, red light?

my sabre boiler is locked out with red light. i reset boiler as in manual, green light flashes every 5 secs. restart boiler fan starts, ignition sparks then lights, after a couple of secs goes out and then red light comes back on. anyone help with problem
