Mend Samsung Digimax A400 Switching Switch

My samsung Digimax A400 is not switching on. Is it worth fixing?

Normally when I switch the camera on the lens protrudes out. Now nothing happens, just the green light flashes and a barely audible clicking sound can be heard.
