We have a tap in the bathroom that even though tightly off is running freely as though half open not sure how to fix it.we also have tap that drips in the kitchen directly below the bathroom coukd it be high pressure?
if its an old tap then its the rubber washer that needs replaced,easy job,if its a mixer tap then you may have to replace the tap as they have ceramic parts that get damaged by grit and cant be repaired
