my ferroli modena 102 boiler lights only for a few swconds then cuts out?

thanks Brian, tried that tho and pump is fine, theres a "central heating flow temp sensor" which has a broken pin, I'll be replacing this tomorrow, Monday, but would that affect hot water as well? I've been told to change the flame sensing electrode and will probably get one of those monday as well, but I'd much rather have a clear idea of what the fault is without replacing parts just for the sake of it.

check the pump remove chrome nut in centre of pump and with boiler switched on see if shaft is turning if not turn boiler off and turn shaft with small screwdriver to free it then try boiler
