Mend Scantronic 929 Alarm Battery Error

Scantronic 929 ?

I have Scantronic alarm which says 929 on the keypad.
it is saying Battery missing error and the inner siren goes on every 3-4 days and stop when I put my PSW. I changed the batter but its same thing and now it says "engineeer call"
can anyone help please?

Hi it's amar ilyas wanted to know which code do I put into the alarm panel because it's says battery missing. Still after I have replaced it with a new one.

I have the same problem. I managed to reset the enginner code and use psw. I changed the battery to exactly the same, but still same thing as says battery missing. I wonder if it means the battery on the outside sounder?!

hey alarm guy,me used the stuffed word,you get your own !!:-)

Its been left on engineer reset for tamper.
Your stuffed you either need the engineer code or a professional in.
We do not give out defaulting information.
For obvious reasons.

what pray is a psw???do you mean your pin number?
any way you have opened the panel now,it must be engineer reset,bet you dont have the engineering code,your stuffed me old son,try closing panel and keying in your pin number,if it wont reset,then you need the engineer code
