How can I fix the beeping noise on a Fisher and Paykel fridge/freezer E442?
Having read similar questions on the website and there being no definite answers. My fridge is around 8 years old and has developed a bleeping noise at inconvenient times (5 am). The green light on the active smart system is flashing on and off. Before I call out an engineer at some cost, can anyone help me to solve the problem?
The beeping is to alert you to the fact it has a fault. The error code will be flashing on the display. When you press a button you cancel the beeps but they will start up again some time later. Unless you can read the error code then you will not know what is causing the fault & nobody here can see for you. Best to call a technician. Good chance the fault will be something that would need the tech. anyway.
