Mend Yamaha E1010 Years Worked Blew

yamaha E1010 analog delay ?

It's about 25 years old and has worked fine until this Christmas when I blew the cobwebs off it to give it it's annual Christmas exercise. The power came on ok and there is a dry signal, but no effect. All the fuses look ok. Is this a big problem or something simple?
