crv sat nav?

I have had the usual trouble with the disc reading error which worked the first time with the baby wipe but not the second time 6 months later. I have taken the disc out to clean it and the disc will not go back in there seems to be something stopping it going in has anybody any ideas These sat navs seem to be a dead loss
