Fb - how do i turn alaram off?

Hi I have a gardtec 360/580 in my house. i moved in 4 years ago and have NEVER used it. Panel usually reads Un. The panel is now making a constant audible alert and screen shows FB which i believe if faulty battery/fuse. I knwo the code, but not sure how to do anything to turn it off without it triggering the whole alarm, can anyone help please/

Open the panel, switch off the mains supply to the alarm, then disconnect the battery. That will switch it off fully.

Errrr no reset on that.
open panel , ba careful mains is present. ~Put in code
Fit the new battery and replace cover.
Put in code and try to set then unset, this will clear the display.

370 needs a 2.1 Ah batt
580 will take a 7 Ah batt
e open the lid and take a look
