Mend Pulsacoil A Class Pump Cold Hot

how can i fix pulsacoil a class?

i have a pulsacoil a class the pump seems to be very hot,heat exchanger is cold and i dont get any hot water any ideas whats wrong

remove the large screw at the back of the pump,is the shaft turning,if so assuming that the tank is full of water and its hot the pump is probably faulty
p.s. water should be about 1/3 in the header tank
