how can i fix my boiler?

i have a sanuier duval boiler which is 12 years old. i can get the heating to work but the hot water will run hot only for a few minutes out of the taps before running cold in all the sinks in the house and also the bath and the shower cannot get hot at all. could you please try to advise me of what the fault maybe please.
