Mend Mazda 1999 Protege Car Door

How can I replace my alternator belt on my 1999 Mazda Protege?

THe ac belt is in the way of replacing the alternator belt how can i get around it, do I have to go under the car or over either way doesnt seem possible how do I do it? the alternator belt is already gone so how can i get it on? It is a 1999 4 door mazda protege.
