How to replace a broken Chevy Tahoe side-view mirror?

If theres a small plug the screw is behind it so pop plug out and remove screw ...some models the whole door panel will need to be removed to gain access to the screws ...should be 3 that hold it on ....and will have to move window up and down to gain access to the 10 mm screws that hold it on
