Mend Ariston Eurocombi Radiators Heating Low Pressure

my radiators are hot upstairs but cold downstars?

i have a eurocombi ariston boiler,my rads are hot upstairs but cold downstairs,i have bled all rads and pressure is 2 bar but they take hours to warm up and are not very hot.help
