renault megane dci 15 ?

renault megane dci 15 55 plate want start , it opens door and when put the card in to satrt it all lights up on dash clikcs then want start then tryed it a second time and a message came up electrical fault , the cluch pedal ok but the brake is stiff , taken batery off reconected that but still no joy after trying it again it sound s like the fan is on and go to lokck the car back up it beeps at me , changed battery in key card as well still no joy
