How do I remove the pins from the door handles to my upvc door?

The door handles to my upvc door need changing and there appears to be pins in the handles themselves that I believe are preventing me from removing them.

hi , upvc door handles normally screwed from inside to outside of door ,with long machine bolts. sometimes hidden under screw covers. and they may may have allen key bolts holding them on to spindle . they vary with make. hope this helps .
