polti steam cleaner/ iron vaporello 1500?

Hi could anyone supply me any information on where to get my steam cleaner repaired as it is suffering from an electrical glitch and is making some funny noises.
I have looked on the POLTI web site but the costs are way over the top and would be cheaper to buy a replacement unit.
