Carby tubes?

Coming from the petrol tank are two tubes to under the carby. Have i got them correctly attached? At present the one underneath is the one going to the fuel pickup filter in the petrol tank and the other just under the primer bubble i think is the overflow one. Are they on the correct ones? Terry
