Replacing a relay switch on acitoen c3?

I have lost the power to the drivers window and also the ability to adjust the external wing mirrors .After reference to theHaynes manual it would appear that it could be due failure of the relay switch . Unfortunately it does not tell me how to access this and how to replace it. Help please
