Mend Creda TVR2 Dryer Belt Broken

Top removal on a CredaTVR2 dryer?

The belt is broken on this unit, have partly removed front but its obviously locked in on the top with the control fascia panel etc. How can I remove it ? I know the top has to be removed to gain access from above. But I don't want to break off plastic fixings which is so easy to do if things are forced. Like the previous emailler I have also found the inside packed with fluff even around the heater elements, bit worrying!

Remove top cover - two screws at rear and slide back slightly and lift.

Find the 3 tangs at the bottom of the front top facia inside the machine and gently pull each toward the centre of the machine in turn applying upward pressure to the whole panel. This will release the control panel allowing access to the front panel top screws.
