Mend Triton 2000T Shower Pump Motor

whats wrong with my triton aqua sensation 2000t? ?

The pump on my shower starts off ok when the shower is switched on but then seems to slow down and almost come to a halt after 5 mins. Does the motor need replacing or is there a quick fix?
