Mend Throttle Carb Cuts Out

my mini moto quad starts but?

my mini moto quad starts but when i release the throttle it cuts out, iv cleaned the carb .e.t.c, but dont seem to have an effect... help please...thanks tim..

thankyou, how do i adjust the float?? iv had a look and cant be to sure...also the tickover speed..and i take it the compression is to do with the inner engine...

i brought it for my little lad so determined to get it fixed..i was thinking about buying a new engine and just fitting that..

its either that the tickover speed isnt high enough or it may be low on compression,or possibly that the carbs set up badly and its running too rich.maybe the float height is badly out these mini motos and derivitives of them always have carb probs as they are cheaply made in china.
