Mend Vaillant ecoTEC Ecotec Heating

valiant echotech error message s 30?

Hello
Currently I have a very cold house as I can't get my heating to work!
There is a symbol "s.30"
Have tried reading the user guide helpfully tells me I am not requesting any heat. Unfortunately it doesn't tell me how to request it again!
Can anyone help?

Vaillant Vaillant ecoTEC Heating, Home Heating Systems Vaillant Ecotec Heating

s30 is a status code telling you the state of the boiler, it is not a fault.

It's telling you there's no call from the external controls ie: timer or room thermostat, check that they are both switched on.
