my white knight 767c seems to be working ok ie drying clothes, however there is never any water in the collection container and its blowing out massive heat from the dryer. im presuming the condenser is knackered. ive cleaned out the filters and the heat exchanger also pushed reset button.
still not working.
i cant find the manual anywhere so does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem please??
The pump is located in the condenser housing assembly - it's function is to pump the condensed water to the tank at the top of the machince. to access this pump you need to remove the drum etc, big job.

there is a pump in the back that pumps the water up to the bottle at the top.if this has failed there will be no water and it will build up in the back and eventually leak or trip your electrics
