how can i fix my drayton TRV?

i have a drayton trv that i think has the pin stuck,the knurled nut has a tiny grub screw presumably to release the nut so that the top can be unscrewed and removed for servicing the problem is i cant unscrew it with alan keys is there some other tool that i need please
