50/50 anti freeze from concentrate no need to replace head bolts tighten stage 1 (40-45 Nm ) stage 2 (85-90 Nm) minutes rest between before putting head on get it checked for warping at engineering place and allways clean both surfaces first 800 wet and dry (rub down ) then rub down with wire wool (hoover dust off when finnished and make sure all bolt holes clean (spray wd40 down and use rag on screwdiver to clean out )
