Go to http://www.appliancepartspros.com. They have disassembly diagrams, parts numbers, etc. Search for your unit by make and model number. You will need a size T20 six-pointed star screwdriver bit. Open the dishwasher door completely and look straight down. You will see 10 screw heads facing you - three on the left, three on the right and four along the top. Remove the three screws on each side. Finally, support the outside panel of the door and loosen completely the two screws on the top left and right corners) (These two screws will not come out so don't try to remove them from the door). Don't loosen the two screws near the middle of the top edge as they do not hold the outer panel. Continue supporting the outer panel of the door and close it. Remove the outer panel of the door from the inner panel by pulling the outer panel toward yourself to free each side, then lifting up. The outer panel can now be lifted off the nylon retainers on the bottom left and right corners of the door. The dispenser mechanism can now be seen. Disconnect the two elctrical connectors. The dispenser is held in the door inner panel by metal latches that are actually part of the inner panel. Upen the door partly and press on the dispenser module from the inside of door to compress the gasket. Carefully pry the latches up, one at a time, with a flat-blade screwdriver. After the latches have been released, emove the dispenser by pushing it into the dishwasher. Good Luck....Dick
