my zannussi TC7102 W wont start and light wont come on. ?

ck... power going to the switch. should the on off button stay in when pressed. it doesnt stay in.

when you switch the appliance on/off using the on/off switch does the neon indicator light?.if not you need to start back at the wall socket and check there is power to it by plugging in something you know works.If it works check fuse in the plug.if fuse good remove the lid and make sure the wires are attached to the connector at the back.If you have a multimeter check continuity from the plug pin marked 'L' all the way to the on/off switch.also do the same for the 'N' plug pin to the switch
