Mend Year Turned Started

moter won't stop?

my wife has been useing her electric bike for about 2 year but the other day she turned the key to take the key out and the moter started up and would'nt stop untill the plug on the bike was pulled out and it remaines like that now, we just can't use it.

Hi, has the switch shorted in the 'on' position, replace switch with known good one?
