Mend White Knight CL3A Tumble Dryer Replacement Motor

fitting belt on a white knight CL3A?

How far do you have to stretch the belt over the motor as it seems to short and wont stretch that far.
is there any pulling tools to do this easily.

put belt around drum.lay the machine on its side and remove the inspection plate on the base.one foot one side the other foot the other side pushing on the base and grab hold of the belt and pull as hard as you can until the belt goes over the motor pulley
