Jade II Shower - not heating water!?

My Jade II shower was working fine until yesterday when it tripped the RCD. Once reset I found that the shower no longer heats the water. The water is luke warm at setting 9/10 but no pressure. Also makes no difference if it is on setting I or II. Can this be fixed?
