Injector pump shut off is broken and stuck closed.? JCB 1550B, early 1990,?
The stem connecting to the fuel shut off has been rotated 360 deg., several times. The valve will not open. How do you pull off the upper cover to get at this part? Is there anything I should be careful of? Any adjustments that can be misaligned?
